The end of year survey is now live. Each SMHA project lead should answer this individually. There are 13 questions in total and it should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
Everyone who completes this survey will be offered the chance upon completion to enter into a draw to win one of four £50 prizes.
As a Scottish Government funded project we have an obligation to demonstrate the impact of the work undertaken, so we would really appreciate any thoughts you are able to share.
The survey is now open and will close at 5pm on Tuesday 3rd June 2025.
