We are unable to offer mental health support directly to students. If you would like to speak with someone about how you are feeling, there are some external services that can help. Your college or university can also offer support.
Think Positive Programme outcomes 2026-2027:
- Colleges, universities, and students’ associations demonstrate improved internal collaboration and stronger links with external services and supports, resulting in clearer referral pathways and project partnerships.
- Colleges, universities, and students’ associations embed their Student Mental Health Agreement into wider policies and frameworks and use robust monitoring and evaluation processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Colleges, universities, and students’ associations show an increase in meaningful student engagement, co‑designing initiatives that respond to students’ needs and empower them to shape the mental health support available.
- Colleges, universities, and students’ associations learn from one another by sharing best practice and lessons learned, contributing to sector‑wide development in student mental health support across Scotland.
