The end of year survey is now live. Each SMHA project lead should answer this individually. There are 13 questions in total (most are multiple choice) and it should take no longer than 10 minutes.
Everyone who completes this survey will be offered the chance upon completion to enter into a draw to win one of four £50 prizes.As a Scottish Government funded project we have an obligation to demonstrate the impact of the work undertaken, so we would really appreciate any thoughts you are able to share.
