When: 28th June 2023, – 28th June 2023,
Event format: Online/virtual only
SMHA Self Evaluation is now officially live on the Think Positive Hub and can be accessed here (you need to be logged in!)
Completing Self Evaluations will:
- Provide a space for the project leads to reflect on the work so far and what has been achieved.
- Highlight other areas of work/potential next steps/ways to develop the work further.
- Document the progress that has been made each year.
- Help to show the impact of the work.
The SMHA project leads should complete this together. They can each log in and add to the same document whilst it is in draft form.
You are not expected to have completed work on all of the questions. Just fill in as many as you are able to (whether this is 7 or all 14!). This will give you a baseline to compare to for future years.
There is no word count for each of the answers, we would suggest providing a summary and sharing key information to evidence it.
All Self Evaluations need to be submitted by Wednesday 28th June. Once you submit your Self Evaluation via the Think Positive Hub, it will generate an auto email which includes a copy of your submitted Self Evaluation and a poster with the key highlights.
