SAMH: How to cope with student life guide
The 'How to cope with student life' guide from SAMH is for anyone experiencing a mental health problem who is a student or considering becoming one. It gives information about how students can look after their mental health while studying, what sources of support are available and how the people a student has around them such as friends or family, can help.
