Free workshops on mental and physical health stigma
This summer, Mind Waves are running a series of 8 creative workshops around stigma. These workshops are open to people who live with both mental and physical health problems and are funded by the NHS Healthy Minds anti-stigma fund.
The sessions will focus on different areas of creative writing, podcasting and song writing, and explore how to utilise these forms to tell stories about stigma.
There is no obligation to attend all of these workshops, but Mind Waves would love it if attendees could make it to as many as possible, and also attend a launch event at the end of the programme where they can share the creative work produced in the sessions.
