Mental Health Awareness Week 2024
The theme of this years Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW2024) was ‘Movement: Moving more for our mental health’. Every year in May, the Mental Health Foundation leads Mental Health Awareness Week – bringing together the UK to focus on getting good mental health.
Millions of people across the UK take part. They include people in further and higher education; private, public and charity sectors; families and individuals.
We wanted to highlight just some of the excellent activities that have taken place in Scotland’s Colleges, Universities and Students’ Associations to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week.
