Mind to Mind, hosted on NHS Inform, is a website where people share their experiences to help others who may be facing challenges with their mental health and wellbeing.
Each contributor shares practical advice on what has worked for them.
Topics covered include:
- Dealing with anxiety
- Dealing with panic
- Handling stress
- Coping with money worries
- How to lift your mood
- Moving through grief
- Sleeping better
- Isolation and loneliness
Within each section, there are videos from people sharing their experience, as well as links to further resources.
Mind to Mind have a resources list for general mental health support. They share support for specific groups, such as students, and children & young people.
