Our Minds, Our Future
‘Our Minds, Our Future’ is a new guide on how to engage young people in mental health service design and delivery.
The project was led by Youth Access across the UK and delivered in Scotland by the Scottish Youth Parliament (SYP) and SAMH (Scottish Association for Mental Health).
Our Minds Our Future aims to put the voices of young people at the centre of mental health service design and delivery. Since October 2019, it has brought young people, mental health professionals, and policy makers together to ensure young people are meaningfully involved in the design and development of community based mental health services for young people.
This how to guide for practitioners and service providers will help them engage young people in mental health service design and delivery.
Whilst not all students are young people, this resource could be particularly insightful for those working in Scotland colleges, universities and students’ associations.
