SAMH launch new Digital Self-Care Plan
SAMH have recently launched a new support tool for young people: a Digital Self-Care Plan. It has been co-designed by young people, for young people. Self-care can be very beneficial for overall mental health and wellbeing.
What is a Digital Self-Care Plan?
The plan includes tools to help us better understand self-care, and to help you create your own digital self-care plan.
The plan offers tools and resources that can help you to better understand your self-care and engage in more. The plan also has a mood tracker which will help you to keep track of your mood and notice any mood changes over time.
While the plan has been designed for 16-24 year olds, it can be used by anyone over 16 and is free to use.
Colleges, universities and students’ associations could consider signposting students to this plan as part of ongoing work to support students.
