The Nook from SAMH

What is The Nook?
The Nook offers drop-in mental health support in a safe, stigma-free and non-clinical environment, without the need for an appointment.
They provide support to young people (10+), including students, families and adults experiencing mental health problems impacting day-to-day living, as well as to people supporting others, whether that’s friends, family or work colleagues.
SAMH aim to raise enough funds over the next 3 years to set up more of these safe spaces across Scotland.
