We want to hear from you!

Sharing your experience of being at college or university is incredibly valuable because no one else has lived it quite like you. By sharing your experience, you could help other students by letting them know that they are not alone and that they’re part of a supportive community that understands their journey. Navigating student life can be difficult, sharing blogs can help other students understand and learn from how others are responding to similar challenges.

Potential ideas or topics you might want to write about could include:

  • Reaching out for support when you have poor mental health.
  • Coping with homesickness or loneliness.
  • Building a support network and making new friends.
  • Adapting to student life as an international student.
  • Managing stress when you have exams or deadlines
  • Getting involved in clubs and societies
  • Navigating student life as a neurodivergent student.
  • What you enjoy about being a student.
  • Balancing studies and self-care
  • Experiencing bereavement whilst studying.
  • Something else!

We have some guidelines to help you:

  • Ideally 600 words or less.
  • Use short paragraphs and accessible language.
  • Your blog can be published anonymously – please tick the box if you would prefer it to be, otherwise we’ll just share the name of the institution where you study.
  • You can ask for your blog to be removed at any time by contacting us.
