Depression
It’s normal to have ups and downs as part of our everyday life, but students with depression often feel persistently down over a longer period of time, so much so that it begins to impact on their everyday lives. Depression can make everyday tasks feel much harder, making it particularly challenging for those at college or university.
Depression can affect anyone at any time. With the right support and treatment most people fully recover from depression.
