It’s really common for students who are experiencing mental ill health to also have problems with their sleep. Tiredness can make it more difficult to manage stress, anxiety and everyday tasks. Lack of sleep can have an impact on physical health and mental health, so finding ways to manage sleep habits can be useful. This could include establishing a routine, making changes to the sleeping environment and exercising during the day.
