The Feeling Good App is University of Edinburgh’s collaboration with the Foundation for Positive Mental Health, an Edinburgh-based charity. Together they have created the app to be a free-to-use resource for all students and staff.

Arts & student mental health – World Mental Health Day 2020
There has been much research published on the positive impact of art, in all its forms, on boosting positive mental health and wellbeing. This World Mental Health Day, Reena, one of our Student Health Project Coordinators, spoke to the lovely Sally Nimmo, a mental health activist, artist and technology expert on her views of mental health and the arts and what’s been her go-to creative outlet during lockdown.
‘What Works’ – The University of Edinburgh
It is easy to underestimate the cathartic power of simple, everyday activities. Much of the mental health narrative relates to clinical models and one-to-one therapy/counselling. In the spirit of preventative work as well as normalizing everyday experiences in all life the Student Counselling Service (SCS) at the University of Edinburgh took a different perspective with ‘What Works’.
