The 'How to cope with student life' guide from SAMH is for anyone experiencing a mental health problem who is a student or considering becoming one. It gives information about how students can look after their mental health while studying, what sources of support are available and how the people a student has around them such as friends or family, can help.

February is LGBT+ History Month. The 2024 theme, 'Medicine – #UnderTheScope', celebrates LGBT+ peoples’ contribution to the field of Medicine and Healthcare both historically and today.


SHNS Self-Harm Awareness training
This 1-hour session, via Zoom, is for anyone in Scotland who is interested in learning more about self-harm. This includes college, university and students' association staff and students. There are several dates available between March and June.
